Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Policy

Our returns policy strictly complies with the rights and guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We accept returns only in circumstances mandated by law.

Under Australian law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the goods you purchased:

  • Are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • Are substantially different from the description provided.

  • Do not perform as advertised or are not fit for the purpose stated by the seller or made known at the time of purchase.

To be eligible for a return under these provisions, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your receipt, invoice, or purchase confirmation.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Items that have been misused or incorrectly handled by the customer.

  • Items purchased knowing about a defect.

  • Products returned without valid proof of purchase.

If you believe your item qualifies for return under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us promptly, clearly stating the reason for the return. We may request additional information or images demonstrating the fault or issue.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items to determine eligibility for a refund, replacement, or repair as outlined under the ACL.

All refunds issued under this policy will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For further details about your consumer rights, please visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website at www.accc.gov.au
